A limited enrollment retainer-based access option
My standard psychiatric care already emphasizes responsiveness, thoughtful follow-up, and individualized treatment. For a very limited number of patients, I also offer a retainer-based access option for those who require additional availability, priority scheduling, and proactive continuity beyond traditional visit-based care.
This program does not represent “better” clinical care. Rather, it reflects a different care structure: one designed to reduce friction and increase predictability for patients with complex or demanding lives.
How this differs from my standard care
All patients in my practice receive attentive, high-quality psychiatric treatment. This program differs in access, timing, and structure, not in clinical standards.
Compared with standard care, the Priority Access & Continuity Program offers:
-
Reserved appointment capacity not available to the general schedule
-
Priority rescheduling when conflicts arise
-
More flexible timing for visits when clinically appropriate
-
Direct cell phone access for time-sensitive questions without reliance on routine scheduling
-
Proactive check-ins during periods of elevated stress or risk
The underlying clinical approach, decision-making, and standards of care remain the same.
Who this program may be appropriate for
This program may be a good fit for patients who:
-
Have limited tolerance for delays in care
-
Experience significant professional or personal consequences from symptom escalation
-
Prefer proactive engagement rather than episodic visits
-

-
Value predictability and continuity of access
Patients must be clinically stable and appropriate for outpatient psychiatric care.
