“I grew up in New York before heading to Philadelphia for college at the University of Pennsylvania where I ran cross country as well as track-and-field in addit.ion to my undergraduate studies in the biological basis of behavior. From there, I headed back to NY for my medical degree at the NYU School of medicine. I long knew I wanted work with adolescents to be a part of my practice and debated between pediatrics and child psychiatry. Ultimately, I chose to pursue psychiatry at the prestigious MGH/McLean training program in Boston before finally ending training with a fellowship at Stanford University.
I currently reside in San Jose with my wife, toddler, and dog (brittany spaniel). I still enjoy running, as well as hiking, building with Lego, and the occasional video game.
